Morgan Davis

Board Member, White Mountains Insurance, OneBeacon Insurance, Montpelier Re, and Esurance

Morgan W. Davis was formerly the President and a director of American Centennial Insurance Co. a wholly-owned subsidiary of White Mountains Insurance Group, from October 1999 to October 2008. He was also formerly Managing Director at OneBeacon Insurance Group LLC from 2001 to 2005. From 1994 to 2001, he served in a variety of capacities for White Mountains. Prior to that, he was CEO of Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company and held positions at INA/ Cigna for 10 years.

Morgan is currently a Board member of OneBeacon Insurance, Montpelier Re Holdings, Ltd., Answer Financial, Inc. and White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd., and Esurance.

Mark Levine

Managing Director, Core Capital Partners

Mark Levine is a Managing Director of Core Capital Partners, a venture capital investment fund with $350 million under management. Core Capital’s portfolio companies are focused on Internet/telecommunications infrastructure technology, software and data analytics modeling. He serves or has served on the Boards of Directors of ZeroFOX, Staq, Medventive, buySAFE, Valen, Univa, UpdateLogic, FreedomPay, Roundbox, InPhonic, Vizbee and VocalData.

His other activities include servingon the Board of Trustees of the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association (MAVA), the Board of Advisors of both The George Washington University School of Business and the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland.

Mark received his M.B.A. from The George Washington University.

Don Parsons

Managing Director, Appian Ventures

Don is a founding member of Appian and serves on its investment committee. He currently represents Appian on the boards of Collective Intellect, Oxlo Systems and Valen Analytics. He is responsible for Appian’s investment in IP Commerce and Univa. Prior to its sale to Hewlett-Packard, he was responsible for Appian’s investment in LeftHand Networks and was formerly on the board of Roving Planet (sold to 3Com) and ETI (Sold to Versata).

Previously, Don served as a general partner of Centennial Ventures, a Denver-based firm specializing in telecom services and communications technologies, where he served as a board and investment team member for several IT/Communications companies, including HighGround Systems (acquired by Sun Microsystems), Raindance Communications (NASDAQ: RNDC, acquired by West Media), Ecrix (acquired by Exabyte/Tandberg), Verio (acquired by NTT) and Pluto Technologies (acquired by NASDAQ:AVID). Prior to his career in venture capital, Don was a design engineer with IBM’s Personal Computer Division in Boca Raton, Florida.

Don was a founding board member of Colorado’s chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He is also a current member and the former president and chairman of the Rocky Mountain Venture Capital Association. Don is on the Board of Trustees of the Graland Country Day School. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Business School.

William Walsh

President and CEO, Navis

Bill Walsh is an accomplished executive who brings over 25 years of proven leadership to his role as President and CEO of Navis. During an eight-year tenure at PeopleSoft, Bill was promoted to president of PeopleSoft International, where he held P&L responsibility for all engineering and operations outside of North America.

Following PeopleSoft, he moved to Octane, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Octane was acquired by E.piphany where Bill was responsible for establishing and expanding international operations of their customer relationship management solutions before becoming Chief Operating Officer.

Bill garnered additional leadership experience as CEO of Velosant, a best-of-breed, SaaS financial supply chain solutions provider. As CEO of Open Harbor, a global trade management specialist, he restructured this SaaS business, improved efficiency and guided the company to a successful acquisition.

Bill Walsh began his career at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, where he provided advice and implementation services to Fortune 500 clients in areas of human resources, payroll, retail distribution, order processing and supply chain management.

Janice P. Anderson

Janice Anderson is an experienced business leader, strategist, and entrepreneur with a track record of strong value creation for shareholders across various technology sectors. Her focus is on delivering extraordinary results with technology companies ― from startup to Fortune 1000 entity.

Janice’s industry expertise encompasses enterprise software, business intelligence software, data aggregation and analytics SaaS solutions, collaboration and communications software, digital media and mobile applications. Her recent executive and advisory roles have been with Twisted Pair Solutions, Swype Inc., Melodeo Inc., Muze Inc., and Onyx Software (ONXS). Previously, Janice led the global CRM business unit for Lucent Technologies and international operations for AT&T Corporation.

Janice is Chair Emeritus of the Washington Technology Industry Association, an active member of the World Presidents Organization (YPO/WPO) and a Director of several software companies. She has served as a public speaker regarding software technology trends, breakthrough leadership development and corporate governance.

Janice has a BA in Commerce from the University of Toronto; she is a Certified Management Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Schulich School of Business, York University.
